A regular programme of friendly workshops covering practical skills for everyday life, including budgeting, digital basics, healthy cooking, letter writing and more. No experience or qualifications needed. Sessions are welcoming, informal and free.

A supported programme to help people who are new to the internet or struggling with digital technology. Covering everything from setting up email to using online banking, video calls and staying safe online.

Cook Eat Repeat

A fun cooking programme designed to build confidence in the kitchen, with a focus on affordable, nutritious meals. Participants complete a Level 1 Food Hygiene and Safety Award as part of the programme.
