Beanstalk in the Community
Our community programmes create welcoming spaces where people can build confidence, learn practical skills and feel part of something bigger. Sessions are free, informal and open to everyone in Lancashire, regardless of background or experience.
Beanstalk to Work
Our work programmes provide one-to-one coaching, practical skills training and direct connections to local employers. We support people at every stage of their journey, from building the confidence to look for work to securing and keeping a job they enjoy.
Beanstalk for Business
We work with Lancashire employers to design inclusive job roles, deliver bespoke workplace training and manage funded work placements. Our business offer creates genuine employment opportunities while strengthening the local economy.
